You are correct in saying that it is the management's responsibility to track the progress, however there are external factors that they cannot control. When equipment/crew are not available there are delays, there are limited resources available in that area. This is the industry that we have invested in. Management can't just go to bunnings and just pick up a drill/pump and call a local tradesman to do the work.
What we want from management is for them to do the research to pick out the sweats spots from the land we have, evaluate, plan then contract the right people to extract the oil from the ground. So far I can't say they haven't done the job.
