Asimwe Kabunga joined Volt resources just last week in a Non-exec type role.
I know known execs sit on several boards and often collect paychecks.
Just whats everyone thoughts on this?
He has a huge interest in Volt and could prioritise them over STA?
I'm all for knowing he is on board with both.
Just don't want a conflict of interest with him so heavily weighted with them.
Time will tell.
I hope we both do well.
Seems like he knows his stuff and is a genuine person.
Just interested on thoughts thats all?
Not a criticism so don't take it that way sensitive ones.
