I see the announcement as positive. As I have expected sense has prevailed and there will be some type of joint application / development of the Tubatse projects.
The most interesting part I see as the comments that NKP, Genorah, Anglo, ARM and the DMR have been in discussions regarding development over the 5 farms. That seems to be a clear alternative to Xstrata.
Clash of the titans is on. I will again put a buy sentiment on this.
