The board remains committed to fiscal discipline
and, in order to reduce outgoings, the directors
committed during the quarter to reinvest a large
proportion of their directors fees in new shares of
the Company at a price of $0.10 per share, so that
this aspect of Octanex’s outgoings remains largely
cash neutral.
