If I was a betting man Id say this would be the go as:

1) Under the farm-in contract some additional payment is required on completion of a "second" well

2) A side track from say 9000 feet would allow a 1000ft or more distant intersection of the Leadville structure,

this would and also be the beginning of a horizontal hole used to maximise production, something not really undertaken with the 1960 era wells in the Lisbon et al..
