    Have a listen to this interesting podcast about last mile locker solutions in China. Done by an Ex Pat post called postal hub interviewing senior partner at 722 consulting (Juon Sotolongo).

    This covers:
    - Home delivery v Office delivery
    - Parcel Lockers
    - Empowering couriers to be problem solvers
    - Driver remuneration and incentives
    - Productivity

    This system is completely against the offer currently being presented by TZ and is very successful for everyone from customer, delivery companies, locker owners and providers.
