Did anyone else notice this:

"Other forms of funding would likely have given Aurora the ability to withdraw its Offer,which the Directors considered not to be in Eureka shareholders’ interests."

So my interpretation of this is that EKA board think it is in the best interests of EKA holders that AUT keep there offer on the table. - Yet they say reject the offer. Cant have it both ways.
