    Rumor has the company reached agreement with Citi pty and PNG investors for restructure and to obtain a strategic investor. there are still over 200k shares short and need to cover, shorts have been trying to cover in blocks of 5000 to 10000 shares over the last few weeks. these are the same penny houses that post these crazy bot messages. Don't sell any shares. Only let them buy more short shares. Patent investment companies value the patents alone at 120 million.
