    Hi sharman,
Rick didn't take a swipe at MOD.

He said: 'speculators interested in this play should also see "Metal Tiger" on AIM, minority partner'

OK, He might (at a stretch) be accused of promoting his own book in MTR, but imho not of taking a swipe at MOD.

I'll go further... I believe RR is more than happy with his position in MTR, precisely for it's opportunity with the JV, so I'd say if anything he is a big fan.

I'm sure SPROTT only bought into MTR because ir got a better overall deal there.
There was an arbitrage opportunity at the time and it could negotiate warrants at 6p.
MOD didn't need to make that kind of deal!

MOD has a much larger no of licences, is the main player in the JV and ought to take the lions share of the profits from the JV.
MTR is committed to Botswana as much as MOD in my book and they are a clear asset.
e.g. imho MTR's RNS of the recent assays was much clearer than MOD's Ann.

MTR also have a couple of other strategic projects on the go which ought to provide additional newsflow promoting them over the coming months and positions them as a potential stellar performer in 2018.
You might have seen the KCN bb on hc? I'm sure Rick has!

I hold both btw, and I'm excited for both too.
No, I'm not in the slightest concerned about the no of shares in issue here.
