At the last ever biota Australia meeting in October 2012, I understand that you questioned peter cook's right to vote on the NABI merger because those who stood to gain riches should not be permitted to vote.

Jim Fox flippantly said that all shareholders wouldnt be able to vote then because we were all going to be wealthy from the move to the NASDAQ.

The disrespect to Aussie shareholders by fox is quite incredible.
I don't recall fox ever communicating anything to the Australian shareholder base since we moved.
