Now what possible reason could there be for a non executive (plausible deniability) chairman to put his assets in his wife’s name? Perhaps there is an expectation of future litigation. Given the remains of the company will shortly be delisted from the ASX and relisted in Canada it will be financially punitive, and extremely difficult, for small shareholders to litigate. Then if by some miracle you were successful you would find the target of your claim is potless.
