The $67.5M and $75M revenue requirements that were mentioned in the call and briefing were referencing to two separate OrbiMed items.
$67.5M: If revenue is below $67.5M for the 12-months to December 31, 2024, they have to start repaying the OrbiMed loan in equal quarterly installments equal to 5.00%of the outstanding principal amount together with a repayment premium and other fees.
$75M: If revenue is above $75M on or prior to December 31, 2024, they'd be eligible to borrow the first $25M tranche.
