You need sales people for the rollout. And the company is not just selling Recell anymore. At some point, I see sales of a whole suite of products rising and rising. At some point, 100+ sales reps won’t be needed, and the company can downsize, but that could be a long time from now depending on sales success. With the new SVP of sales, I don’t see sales going backwards. I get that some investors feel that we took on too many sales reps, but to me, it demonstrates that the company is willing to spend money on sales, and it takes money to make money. I hope 100+ reps was a good decision, but we won’t know for sure until the company continues hitting its targets.
