    haka: Many thanks for your comments, well appreciated. Seems a bit confusing, to say the least. But probably your comment about "clearing house" is relevant, as VPE will want to sell themselves sooner or later, I believe.
    And FOR SURE your comment that a clarifying release from VPE would have been in order is correct !!!
