Wasa, JK and Ron are best mates. It is a win / win situation.
Ron has got the cash and some VPE shares ( which are way undervalued ) and British Gas have got some more gas.
The bet two things about this whole deal is that Ron has got the dosh to concentrate on thos 3 beautiful permits and secondly that British Gas has shown again that it wants all the gas it can get.
And anyway can you imagine Ron wanting to get bogged down with all those BG meetings.
