How come CNX got away with an alleged (in parliament) underground explosion and CXY got shutdown?

If the whisteblower allegations are right, there actually is not much difference between CNX and CXY approach. According to the statement, the CNX CSIRO-method panel failed and caused a series of random underground reactors, some of which got out of control.

Someone should be asking the question.
