Stop looking everyone (know no-one actually is...) as there are records on ASX website for 2007 - 2008 (can go back 20 years there) but only under VLA as unable to use CBZ code once it changed over to IVX.

As these Shares were 'purchased' on 29 June 2007 then allocated after T+3 ASX settlement they did not show up on VLAs Top 20 shareholder list in their 30 Jun 2007 EOFY Annual report & as they were sold off in Aug - Oct 2007 (in many transactions both on market & off market) when Annual Report came out the next year with Top 20 list again they weren't on it - had been & gone! No windfall on VLA for us sorry!

One 'Change of interest of Substantial Shareholder' form though dated 22nd May 2007 on VLA lists Australian Technology Innovation Fund (ATIF Ltd) with Stephen Jones personal address on it (is his own fund) & Votes (Shares as such) Total of 21,327,521 7 being reduced down by 4,333,333 Shares sold in 9 lots getting $554,687 in with one off market sell being for $200,000..? I had thought it may have been against ASX rules for him to be personally invested in a company that CBIO was also buying into & vv as VLA also used the CBIO shares value price of $3 - $5 as equity appearing on their Balance Sheet which made them appear asset rich with $2.4 million...usual smoke & mirrors but probably all legal on ASX.

Anyway, will wind this subject up but think we all need to pay more attention to what is on these notices as we're all used to just ho humming past them when really should be questioning them more BUT isn't it all supposed to be so much more transparent now with all of us on the same equal playing field.. ha ha.
