The site is likely to be operated by some PR consulting firm creating an excuse for every failures of business excution, corporate governace while trying to diminish responsibility of the board.
I agree this really doesn't cut it, man up, trading halt was a mistake, a simple statement would suffice partcularly as TZ was not even the tenderer as stated.Remember a $4.5m contract for PDT was not even worth announcing. Why is the non award of a tender by a business partner worth a trading halt whatever the machinations in the background are..and we are now told the amount in teh tender was not meaningful anyway...
