we could all call the Directors and not share the information and then they could employ someone else to do the work. If every shareholder that had a question called the Directors they wouldn't be able do what they are being paid to do.

I know a lot of Directors and upper management and they are mostly nice and do not mind talking to shareholders but they also have a job to do so its a good idea to share general information so they don't spend all day repeating themselves.
