Its not a win of any sorts really, nor a loss, but a small deliberation on the validity of certain claims/counterclaims that were intended to be instituted.

The real stuff hasn't even started and its looking fairly cut and dry in a a couple of ways, or else it wouldn't be a case.
The strong possibility that MAE asked for the hearings to be negated and that this in itself would have been denied by virtue of continuing proceedings, says a lot IMO.

The Judge simply ground the stone back to a workable surface by negating counterclaims IMO.
Now the real stuff will begin - the rough edges have merely been cut IMO.
