Genorah Resources is the BEE compliant vehicle. If it was diluted down to 26% for these projects to remain BEE compliant my understanding is that the communities would hold 26% of 26% or a 6.76% direct stake.

Work out what that represents in real terms.

Not to mention jobs, housing, infrastructure etc.
