LKO is currently mainly exploring for tight gas which required hydraulic fraccing to release in any commercial amounts.

There is currently a moratorium on fraccing in Victoria preventing this from going ahead which is hopefully currently being reviewed.

Hopefully this campaign may add some weight to the other side of the argument which up until now has been dominated by smaller interests.

Once this moratorium lifts you could expect the prospects of LKO to skyrocket especially with the rise in domestic gas prices.
