CTO is that tainted and as a holder after a big plug from PPP in 09 . I've spoken to the company a fair few times and have formed the idea that you would be better served elsewhere.
My own thoughts are that you may not get the expected recovery from any plant
run by CTO. I though that I had some sort of smarts about the mining industry having had my own shows and what I was told by the company directly and what was there are two completely different
objects. I would a get certificate of ownership of any plant , equipment or leases before you put even a truck load on site. When or if receivers move in the gates ( if there are any gates) will be locked and the ownership would be lost. My thoughts only and I have the bruises to show for it.
