Under which mushroom have you hidden the other 12 million CASH as the article described it and at todays prices FAS has $4 million less "CASH". If shareholders in GWR approve the tenement purchase and the 25 million shares and 25 million options the GWR share price will drop to a $1 and shareholders including FAS will take at least a 33% hit, that will reduce FAS "CASH" to $20 million "CASH".

The interesting part of all this is that the "CASH" that FAS has is made up of the LOST "CASH" of those shareholders who took 7 FAS shares for one GWR share. I bet they'd like that "CASH" back!
