    I feel you are incorrect regarding capital raising.
    At this very moment final negotiations are coming to a close and JH will emerge triumphant with an agreement better than our wildest dreams. Something like this. All development costs of CSG paid by a couple of well funded partners CTP to retain 25% of project, plus $50M cash.

    Well....it might happen!!
