Its pure music to my ears, as I am bent & twisted on RE industry,,, Very interesting Jenman site, & coupla other very usefull conveyance legal contacts, also I note some one sueing Investors club (one of my clients is considering launching proceedings on them here in SA)
Have allready forwarded these details to 2 of my sons who are Barister/Solicitors, as when in NSW recently my son informed that litigation in property matters, generally,was up- a growth industry he put it,and when in Canberra i heard that some firms are considering actions,maybe class-style, on RE advice, they both hinted that largte suets based on miss information & false & misleading issues surrounding Trades=practices & Asic,,,but dont quote me..I am not the lawyer
