It still is being haunted by a piddling amount of shares being sold for the worst price of the day in the after market auction. Shorting is not a problem so I don't know what is going on.
For a company which has very little risk compared to many others and expected exponential revenue coming on line it doesn't seem to be moving as one would expect.
