K2 Asset Management (ASX: KAM), 700Mil AUM, MC 133Mil.
Magellan Financial Group (ASX: MFG) 11.4 Billion AUM, MC 1.268 Billion.
HFA (which is relatively unknown), 8 Billion AUM ($AUD), MC 100Million.
My Biggest fear is a cheap T/O ($2-$3)and the suitor will get 2 Businesses, Certitude Australia and Lighthouse USA that will be a cash cow.
For us Long Term Holder it wouldn't be good .
