girls don't like to change their beautician once they find one they trust. they're injecting stuff into their face so think you'll find it's like hairdressers, where they keep the same one for as long as possible.
you also need a registered nurse/beautician in each clinic to be able to do injectables so its not like openning a subway.
dont beleive SLA are biggest player, maybe 3rd. However market is fragmented and will consolidate over time in a growing market.
