MOKOPANE PROJECT (AIM Resources 100%)

The Company has formulated a focused drilling program to test areas of the project that have the potential to extend the

existing resource. In addition to the four anomalies identified and outlined previously, there are areas of the Basal contact of

the Platreef that remain unexplored.



AIM Resources, through its subsidiary company, Platinexco Pty Ltd, applied in December 2004 to convert the Old Order

Prospecting Permit to a New Order Prospecting Right. Following receipt of its New Order Right, the Company will review its

planned exploration program for the project.



JOINT VENTURE IN GHANA

Given the increase in gold exploration activity in West Africa, the demand for advanced gold tenements and projects in the

region is high. AIM Resources has utilised its strong local West African contacts and knowledge to secure an interest in junior

Ghanaian gold explorer, Equator Resources Limited (Equator). Equator holds a number of advanced gold projects and under

terms of the agreement AIM Resources can acquire a 25% interest in Equator through expenditure of US$200,000 on the

projects and the payment of US$100,000 in cash (this can be settled through the issue of shares in AIM Resources) by

December 2005. AIM Resources can earn up to a total 70% equity interest in Equator through the expenditure of a further

US$650,000 before December 2008.
