This one (I think!) is a good predictor of whether SIR-Spheres will work or not in a patient.

This one tells us that SIR-Spheres are as good, if not better, than Therasphere for HCC:

This one tells us that while complications are low (2.5%) they occur mainly during transcatheter coil embolization to prevent non-target delivery to extra-hepatic arteries.  SIR-Spheres are riskier than Glass.
