    I am fascinated to read the 4D, UOS are a consistent revelation, they just keep churning out eye-popping results. I wonder what the basis for the profit is, there must have been some property revaluations I'm guessing, as I don't think there would have been sufficient sales occurring to generate this much in operating profit solely. We should finally get a handle on how the assets are structured post UOADEV too - Eternalgrowth
