The market seems overly harsh today.The company has just made a significant step forward in that not only did they discover gas but now we know it flows at what appears to be a commercial rate.

Obviously the current flow would be smaller than the initial production figure but even so it indicates a good gross revenue flow for a company this size. The productive unstimulated zone is over 29m so imagine what this intersection would become assuming horizontal production wells are put in place. Horizontal wells can be several km long these days but even if we only went 400m that would be a 12X flow figure based on todays initial result.

It seems the market may be having trouble digesting the positives from todays announcement .
