i try to acknowledge all angles

the other extreme is that hanlong is helping SDL to get the SP up
(they do own 1/5th)
as outside eyes are watching SDL get closer - if not already probing
GJ likes to pass resistance points on a chart confidently by back to back announcement
upon knowing how close things are - timing this T/O strait into a resource upgrade followed by (no specific order) J/V, conventions, mining permits,etc.
to lead into an excellent SP and not delude SDL much for finance
and you get a really shinny story when they announce that construction has begun
assuming now they are allowed to extend their substantial holdings after the T/O offer this is a good option for them as well

this was my first impression when i read both announcements
there are plenty of angles in between
