SDL will get sold. Just has to get past the reserve price for board to back it.
Whether it's Hanlong or another party, a deal is in the works. It has 7 parties/partners lining up to be a part of the project and inject funds to take a 50% stake for $ 2 billion, I'm sure those parties are running the numbers as we speak.
Either way it's a win/win for Hanlong, they already hold 18%. A higher bid around 60c+ means they make around 50% profit on the stake they bought from Ken Talbot in around 3 to 4 months.
Not a bad payday, and a great strategy if that's their game in my opinion.
