Last night. Interesting show about Orica re their 60,000 barrels of poisonous waste at Botany. The show went right around the factory and the town and showed how the folks there are totally opposed to the waste being treated in situ. The decision (by Sen. Hill) is still pending but you can bet it's going to cost many $s. It was only after the intervention of the folks that Orica is subjected to the decision by the C'wealth. Otherwise, treat the shut there and then and pollution be damned!
Well done to the articulate little lady who got the community together on this.
