    13 become a swinger Golf

    14 Follow a 4X 25 fitness plan.

    15 stretch in front of theTV.

    16 Add 60 seconds burst of effort to a stroll.

    17 try brick sessions.

    18 Don't worry about running giving you bad Knees.

    19 Eat more Manly SUPER fOODS.

    ====20 recover well. You will not be able to hammer out workouts quite as you did when you where younger , so space out your hard sessions well. Don't feel guilty about taking time out to recover.
