    I agree with your post in most part and don't mean to shoot you down, however I believe the last announcement I read in regards to finance timelines stated they hoped to have it completed during H1.

    Let's not set ourselves up for disappointment, unless you're expecting due diligence completion to be announced prior to term sheet?
