This seems to be getting worse by the minute !! I am going to re do the complaint and add additional info. It really should be up to ASIC to investigate this thoroughly. Then again did you watch that ACA report last night about a certain Car co that has had literally thousands of complaints made against it and ASIC still issued them with a new financing license, it is a mockery at best !! Now you wonder when you hear these stories why I have little faith in the system, it's flawed and broken and full of loopholes !!
