Interesting Mr Chow as I just did a similar review based on Kogan, Temple and Webster and MYER. Assuming MYER is an online provider only and came to similar conclusion.
Obviously there are more moving parts and considerations with MYER with ugly leases to exit and debt levels.
However the brand value of MYER alone is significantly above that of TPW and KGN. With much risk but the upside seems significant.
