on your point #6, it is very interesting to note that there is no goodwill value attributed in the balance sheet... please fact-check this as it was a few weeks since i checked the last annual report.
A lot of major online players are carrying significant provisions of Goodwill on their balance sheets which make the total/net assets look much better than Myer. (Take. Away- comparing companies isn’t always ‘apples to apples’)
On the Website experience:
I checked Myer website this morning and found they are doing a big weekend sale. As of 1 hour ago i would say I’ve done 80% of my Christmas shopping and also got to give the website a good trial. Key improvement that I would say is High-priority would be the introduction of an IOS App and Apple Pay functionality at the checkout.
