Holding a couple of hundred k TNGO's Pokerface, which I will convert and I'm sure others will do similarly so more cash for TNG.
Simply though a company such as TNG, at this stage of its life, cannot have too much cash.
Protection value for THR shareholders sees a responsible dispersal by TNG and, as I've stated, the best way to do that would be by tender.
Interestingly a major beneficiary of a distribution to TNG shareholders would be John Barr, I see this as a positive from a pessimistic point of view, ie he thinks Thor is the real deal and this is a great way of increasing his Thor holdings. Just opinion.
Whichever way they do it I just can't see them giving it away. I find that diabolical and, as stated earlier, fiscally irresponsible. Remember too, there is also the BTV stake hanging around as well.
Holding well North of one million Thr now via different entities, so obviously extremely biased towards things that may affect their SP
