I agree beaker, a company giving away what will probably be $15mill+ by the time they distribute. Never heard such a thing from a speculative company at this stage of its life-cycle. I am positive if they do anything like this, it will be offered at a discount to the shareprice. The best alternative would be to offload their shares to sophisticated investors and then return money to shareholders, or perform a buy-back of shares. This would be much better for the TNG shareprice than the former offering.
