interesting substantials?

I never usually read substantials too closely - they're usually up or down by a small % and a lot of the time are followed by another notice some time later from the same investor in the opposite direction (just doing some trading/rebalancing books/whatever)
- anyone read anything into 3 in the space of a week - all up and by at least 1% or over 3mil shares
- some Filipino insider made a few phone calls ? (but then no other Aussie Ni stock has seen much)
