Ok so all this talk about the possible rail deal, all things unchanged until the time that happens, judging by today's SP of say $1.03, what do u think the SP will be on rail announcement?

Will we say add the 20% (for example - figure just plucked out of the blue as the perceived benefit it will bring to operations and profitability) to $1.03 or do u think the real value (not deflated by the shorting a-holes) of the company will be realised and SP will reflect this (inc rail benefits)?
