I,m not so technical, but you point out the weakness of the pennant pattern in that the breakout from the current trading pattern could be either way! We only know after the event when it confirms and that my friend is Harry Hindsight.

Agree though that the market is currently uncertain but that probably goes for the whole market and the whole IO sector. So ... If AGO breaks out to the upside in coming days and the rest of the sector doesn't ..... that will be a good sign.
