MCP is signing contracts. I distrust the sentiment here on MCP. They do have a long ways to go in a short period of time, but they ahve signed contracts.
Don't know what to make of it. Wouold like someon form an engineering comapny to go over there, read the prints, and get back. Als, this lowball const they have, if real, would give a very big advantage, if it turns out the surrounding area does have ocmmercial grade REEs.
