agree with your comments on wage structures forty - salary structures centred around low base wage plus large performance based incentives is definately the road to better productivity and profits.
Regarding the technicals on this stock, MOS hasn't shown up on my scans for a very long time but its now indicating that an entry at these levels may prove quite profitable - confirmation is a break past 17.5c on volume for the conservative players, early entry for the higher risk profiles out there is now ... it falls apart a bit if 15c is seen again. Keep an eye on it anyway . cheers.
