    I think micron size is an input variable not an output. The smaller the size the more surface area for the acid to do its business. Also 4N 99.99 = less than 100 ppm. 99.995% = less than 50ppm 850ppm is not 4N . It's closer to 99.92 ...3N The presence of iron like with collerina cobalt is additional opex cost. Much will depend on execution and expertise to reduce capex / opex. Heg / FYI are the real deal . ATC will have a fun time in Asia with theoretical opex savings .
