danbraster, the transition back to democratic government is currently being negotiated as you'd know. Although s44 has been used a bit to frequently it should only be in extreme circumstances. This is why he has exposed himself and potentially junta assets. If any links are drawn to certain known parties encouraging him to sign the order it would be game over. It would appear prudent for them to now settle and sweep it under the table.
